It is no secret that I have the biggest mancrush on the leader of the “Zaunbie Nation” in the world. Just search this site for “Gregg Zaun” and the results will be endless.  But now, for the first time, I have the numbers to support this mancrush.

Over the past week, Zaun has been the hottest catcher in baseball with 4 runs, 2 HR, 4 rbi and hitting at a .429 clip.

He shows no signs of slowing down and why should he? He is a stud. As I am writing this, Gregg has just hit another jack, this of the 3 run variety.  So make it 6 runs, 3 HR and 7 RBI and a .454 avg. Definitely worth a pickup in all fantasy formats until he slows down.
