Jays Bisons Double Header Dates

Jays Bisons Doubleheader

Ernie Banks would be approve, so let’s play (or watch) two; there are a total of nine different dates during the 2013 season when it is feasible to watch a game in both Buffalo and Toronto.

According to Google Maps, the driving time between the Rogers Centre and Coca-Cola Field (home of the Bisons) is approximately 1:30 hours.

This doesn’t take into account any potential border wait times. To find out about border wait times visit the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission at: http://niagarafallsbridges.com/traffic_conditions.php3 or follow their twitter updates @niagarabridges

All nine games listed below leave at minimum two hours between games times (provided the first game ends in three hours).

As a long-time Bisons fan–I’ve seen over 75 games over the years in Buffalo–I’ll be back closer to AAA opening day with a guide to Buffalo baseball, where to park, sit, what to eat, etc.

  • Regular border crosser

It is more like a two hour trip on a good day. In busy times, it can be as much as four hours. The border crossing can also be a problem. There are three regular bridges (Peace, Rainbow and Lewiston), and there is usually one with little or no delay, but phone 1-800-715-6722 for updates. (If you have a NEXUS pass, there is also Whirlpool bridge).
