Here are my Top 10 Toronto Blue Jays prospects for the 2009 season. I’ve decided to change things up from the regular list & explain formula. Below is a video (its under a minute) listing my Top 10 in order. I’ve left off a couple of players that rank highly on most lists and snuck a sleeper prospect into the #10 spot.
