Wacky World Series Predictions

World Series Predictions

Last time around, I used three different systems to make picks in the LCS series’. I’ll maintain that this time around. These are my crappy picks, so they don’t reflect the bulk of the MUD’s writer base. So don’t lump them in with my bad picks, ok?

Kman Predicitions

Reviewing my last predictions, I had the Indians & Diamondbacks coming out on top. 0-2 record. The smart money is betting against my pick. I hope that doesn’t influence my decision.

I’m going with the Red Sox. Why? Been there, done that. Their rotation is also slotted perfectly. Beckett has been close to untouchable so far.

Coin Flip (2/3, home team heads)

Last time, the coin flip predicted Boston & Arizona, so its 1-1.

Colorado wins 2 out of 2 tosses.

Statistical Soup, Six Point Max

(1 point each for Most Runs Scored, Fewest Runs Allowed, Run Differential, Best Road Record, Defensive Efficiency Leader, Season Series Winner)

Last time, the Soup predicted both Boston & Colorado to win, making it a perfect 2 – 2.

Boston: 5

Colorado: 1

Well, Early – you were absolutely “dead on” with your pick of the Boston Red Sox…we are the 2007 World Series Champions and have Matsuzaka and Okajima to thank for their part in this wonderful game of baseball. We look forward to many many more years to come with many more championships as well.
